Shipping Within Latvia
We currently offer delivery throughout Latvia using Omniva parcel lockers.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery via Omniva parcel lockers within Latvia typically takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping within Latvia on all orders with a total value of €50 or more.
For orders below €50, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Parcel Collection from Omniva
Once your order has been delivered to the selected Omniva parcel locker, you will receive a notification by SMS and/or email with instructions for collecting your parcel.
Please ensure that the phone number and email address provided during checkout are correct to avoid delivery issues.
Office Pickup
Customers may also choose to collect their order directly from our office.
Please note:
• Orders must be fully processed and packed before collection is possible.
• Do not visit the office until you have received confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
• Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification from us.
• Before arriving, please call us at +371 22044246 to ensure that a team member is available to hand over your order.
Failure to contact us before arrival may result in waiting time if no staff member is available at the pickup location.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping; however, international orders are currently processed manually.
To place an international order, please contact us before making a purchase.
